I worked with Richard for over 10 years. We first met when he did monitoring work for BBCM and I for a US Government agency doing very similar work for Washington. After BBCM downsized its operations and I had become manager of the West-Europe branch at my office, I was very keen to hire him as a contractor because I was so impressed with his professionalism and his linguistic skills and the high quality of his output.
